NEWEST TECHNOLOGY OPENS UP NEW AUDIENCE FOR F1 RACING!

(2ND APRIL) A new era in presenting the excitement
and aura of the U.I.M. F1 World Championship for power boating
has arrived with the signing today in Italy of an agreement with
satellite and broadband company Netsystem.com and U.I.M. F1 promoter
Nicolo Di San Germano.
The agreement opens the door for the 2001
season to be now seen by millions of fans who have never had the
chance to see racing events live as the 20th Anniversary
campaign starts to heat up with the start of the European season
with Round #2 Sunday, April 8th in Portimao, Portugal.
This
is a move to the future of broadcasting, stated San Germano.
The constant changing technology in the past few years shows
that you have stay ahead in presenting your product and I feel
that the great people at Netsystem.com are the right people to
get this accomplished.
The Milan based company is a new entity
in the broadband broadcast business and already has 160 employees.
It offers the creation and satellite distribution of broadband
contents for reception on personal computers. It has a marketing
and brand union agreement with the Societe Europeene des Satellites
(SES) ASTRA for the joint development of broadband Internet
via Satellite in Italy.
