Cagliari, July 7th - Today, from the beautiful island of Sardinia, Nicolo di San Germano,  World F1 powerboat series promotor arranged a unique global Press launch that, via a special satelite link, connected the media attending the Mediterranean Grand Prix in Cagliari with the press in Kualar Lumpar.

Joining the promotor in Sardinia are four world F1 champions, Guido Cappellini, Scott Gillman, Fabrizio Bocca and Jonathan Jones. The 2001 Malaysian Grand Prix was a resounding success and every host country attempted to emulate that success.

The 2002 Malaysian Grand Prix promises to surpass their 2001 event and everyone involved in the current championship is looking forward to visiting Kuala Lumpur in August.
