TWI APPOINTED AS OFFICIAL BROADCAST RIGHTS DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE UIM F1 POWERBOAT CHAMPIONSHIPS

Lausanne, April 21, 2004.... UIM F1 Powerboat Rights Holder, Idea Marketing S.A have appointed TWI to handle the worldwide broadcast distribution rights for the Championships for 3 years with a further 3 year renewable deal upon completion in 2006.

Under the contract, TWI will exclusively represent the UIM F1 Powerboat Championships across Television, In-Flight, Home Video, Radio, Internet and Mobile rights worldwide. TWI will also represent Idea Marketing's extensive broadcast archive.

Further TWI will act as a non exclusive agent to Idea Marketing with regards to the sale of commercial on-air advertising packages and sponsorship.

TWI will also be handling the satellite coordination and distribution worldwide.
